Ideas, Problems, Requirements
Concepts in the form of Ideas, Problems, or Requirements… How a project begins will lead to excellence and efficiency, or costly mistakes.

Requirement

Another common way for a project to start is with requirements. These may be business process requirements, complete technical requirements, or some combination from these two sources.

When a customer has a strong technical foundation, and knows exactly what is desired and required, and is able to document these things, then our role is simply to execute and produce what has been defined. These projects are great for us. Everyone understands where the project begins and ends, and the roles we each play. Excellent.

Next step in our process is Documentation.
